Dr. Kioukis was born in Athens in 1985. He graduated from the University of Medic and Pharmacy “Gr. T. Popa” of Iasi, in 2009.
He concluded his postgraduate studies in Periodontology in the University of Medic and Pharmacy “Gr. T. Popa” of Iasi, in 2013.
He provided dental services inthe 251 GNA (Military services) in 2010 – 2011. He has been in private practice for the last 8 years.
