CrossBorderMedCare realizes house call visits in Athens, Greece for COVID-19 Testing. In order to prevent Coronavirus from wide-spreading the Testing is necessary in order to have a clear picture of the population that has been affected (with or without symptoms).
COVID-19 Testing is crucial as it allows the infected person to avoid infecting others and to quickly receive any medical care if needed. Moreover, COVID-19 Testing is crucial to lower the rate of infection. When infected people do not know that they are infected, they might not stay at home – thereby running the risk of infecting others and consequently further spreading the Coronavirus.
Taking the above into account we realize 4 different types of tests in Athens, Greece.
Firstly, we realize VitaPCR diagnostic test, the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test where we collect swabbed samples from a patient’s nose and throat. The PCR tests are currently part of the protocol recommended by the World Health Organizations. Through the VitaPCR diagnostic test results are available within 20 minutes.
Secondly, we realize a diagnostic test, the PCR test (Polymerase Chain Reaction) where we collect swabbed samples from a patient’s nose and throat. The PCR tests are currently part of the protocol recommended by the World Health Organizations. Results are available within 24 hours.
Thirdly, we realize RAPID Antigen diagnostic test, where we collect swabbed samples from a patient’s nose and throat. Through the RAPID AntigenTest results are available within 10 minutes.
Fourthly, we realize a Rapid Test for COVID-19. This test detects both early marker and late marker, IgM/IgG antibodies only by selecting few drops of blood. Results are available within 15 minutes. We suggest this test for mass screening purposes in order to confirm the immunity of the population.
COVID-19 tests are ideal and can be effectively deployed not only at Homes but also in businesses, seaports and train stations, etc., thus giving the potential to become a compelling force in the fight against Coronavirus.
