Dr. Skrekas is a board certified surgeon and specialist in laparoscopic bariatric surgery with more than 10 year experience in the field.
He is, since 2007, the director of the Bariatric Surgical Department of Athens Bioclinic Hospital, a “European Bariatric Center of Excellence”.
He has published numerous scientific papers and book chapters related to bariatric.
He is a member of Hellenic College of Surgeons, Hellenic College of Bariatric Surgery, International Federation of Surgery of Obesity (IFSO), International Society of Surgeons (ISS), European Association of Endoscopic Surgeons (EAES).
