Dr. Κolympianakis was born in Athens, Greece in 1974.
He completed his undergraduate education at the medical school of Plovdiv University Bulgaria. After one year of General Surgeryresidency, he completed his Orthopedic residency at Sismanoglio Hospital and AgioiAnargiroi Hospital.
There he has trained in Orthopedicand Traumatology, arthroplasty of Knee and Hip jointsand then he has been specialized in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic surgery in KAT General Hospital, in Athens.
He has received his M.Sc. title at the University of Peloponnese. He has attended a wide variety of scientific courses such as Advanced Knee Arthroscopy and reconstructive microsurgery and tendon repair reconstruction. Currently, he runs his own private practice as well as he works as an associate Orthopedic Surgeon in the private hospitals “Bioclinic”, “Mitera” and “Hygeia”, in Athens.
He participates in presentations, lectures, conferences around the world and writes articles in Greek and internationals medical journals.
He is an active member of the Hellenic Association of Orthopedic surgeons (EEXOT) and Medical Coordinator of CrossBorderMedCare
